Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail (RQF)
This Highfield accredited qualification is designed principally for those who work in, or intend to work in, a retail environment where both packaged and/or open foods are available.
Learners gaining this qualification will know that food safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in the storage, preparation and handling of food.
By the end of the course the delegate will:
- Understand the importance of food handlers keeping themselves and work areas clean and hygienic
- Understand the importance of keeping food products safe

Delegates will be awarded a Highfield certificate of achievement.
