Highfield Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing (RQF)
This Highfield accredited qualification is aimed at those working in the food manufacturing industry who are at, or wish to progress to, a higher or supervisory level.
By the end of the course the delegate will:
- Understand the requirements for ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and management procedures
- Understand the application and monitoring of good practice regarding contamination, temperature control, personal hygiene and cleaning

Delegates will be awarded a Highfield certificate of achievement.
We run this course at our premises in Newry and for our clients across Northern Ireland, the UK and the Republic of Ireland at their premises or a suitable site of their choosing.
