Jaupt Driver CPC: Tachographs
Course Summary
Tachographs aims to provide the delegate with a clear understanding of how to use analogue tachographs and digital tachograph technology.
This course has specifically been designed for drivers. Successful completion of the course will contribute 3.5 hours to their Periodic Training.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course the delegate will have covered:
- The rules on drivers’ hours – Regulation (EC) 561/2006 and GB Domestic Rules
- The rules on working time – Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations 2005
- The rules on Tachograph Usage – Regulation (EC) 3821/85 and drivers’ responsibilities in using analogue and digital tachographs
