Manual Handling aims to provide the delegate with knowledge and skills to safety and effectively approach manual handling tasks.
This course has specifically been designed for drivers. Successful completion of the course will contribute 3.5 hours to their Periodic Training.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course the delegate will be able to:

- Understand the reasons for safe manual handling.
- Understand how manual handling risk assessments contribute to improving health and safety. Understand the principles of safe manual handling safety
- Be able to apply safe manual handling principles.
