Course Summary
This NPORS course brings your health and safety knowledge up to date and provides an overview of the legislative changes and their impact in the workplace. It builds on the material in the original course. As this is a refresher course, delegates need to have previously passed NPORS Construction Site Safety Manager course.

- Construction phase plans
- Ill health causes and metal health issues
- Requirements of welfare facilities
- Drugs and alcohol
- Control of Substances Hazards to Health (COSHH) and respiratory concerns
- Noise, vibrations and manual handling
- Considerations when setting up a site
- Fire arrangements
- Electrical safety
- Temporary works
- Management of plant and equipment

Delegates will be awarded a NPORS ID card, valid for 5 years.
